Advocate for Children’s Rights
2024 Geneva Declaration on the Rights of the Child
As a child, defined as any person under the age of 18, you hold a fundamental right: the right to express your opinions and issue appeals that must be considered by adults and decision-makers. This right, along with many others, is at the heart of the new 2024 Geneva Declaration.
This website provides details about the 2024 Geneva Declaration, the history of children’s rights, and introduces some of the global champions advocating for children’s rights. By committing to and signing the Declaration, you join a group of children, adults, and organizations dedicated to advancing children’s rights.
The aim is to highlight the critical importance of
respecting, promoting, protecting, and realizing children’s rights for the future of our society.

It's impossible only if we make it so.
